Parents
We realize that parents must be fully engaged in the education of their children.
This engagement manifests itself in several ways: Faculty and staff communicate about students, programs, and the school on a regular basis, and we depend on our parents for helpful insights into their children. Ongoing parent education is critical, and Town brings speakers, has seminars, and facilitates parent-to-parent discussions about all of the topics and issues that are important to 21st century parenting. And a number of different groups, from the Parents’ Association to the Diversity Committee, coordinate with the faculty and administration to bring issues and ideas to life. Town works because we all work together.
